We love challenging renovations, and working with this existing split-level home provided us the opportunity to create dynamic and layered, reimagined spaces. The biggest opportunity of this site was to propose a new, open plan living level that took advantage of the maximum height limitations, and capitalized on the breathtaking Harbour views across Middle Harbour. Extending upwards also allowed the new living zone to float in the treetops, creating a private, green and airy atmosphere for our clients to enjoy everyday.
